• 11:30 am - 12:30 pm | Natural Wine Legends: Celebrating the work of Tony Coturri (including a tasting of his 1980 vintage!). With Tony Coturri in conversation with Sam Benrubi (The Grape Nation).

• 1:30 - 2:30 pm | Ageing Natural Wine: vertical tastings by growers from Castilla y León exploring the impact of time (including wines that are over a decade apart). With Julien Lopez (Bodegas Coruña del Conde), Kiko Calvo (Bodegas Bigardo), Nacho Leon (Demencia Wines). Moderated by Sam Benrubi (The Grape Nation).

• 3 - 4 pm | The Endless Exploration of Austrian Diversity: join Pascaline Lepeltier MOF through her journey through Austria. You will discover Austrian bubbles, the diversity of Austrian white wines, PIWIs as well as Blaufränkisch from different origins. With Kolfok, Lichtenberger Gonzalez, Uibel. Moderated by Pascaline Lepeltier MOF.
