Eating at the Fair

Tasting wine is hungry work, so we’ve got some beautiful food vendors serving their fine dishes at the fair to keep your bellies full and bodies caffeinated.

Variety coffee

Variety Coffee Roasters is a New York specialty coffee company, founded in 2008. Variety currently has cafés throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, as well as a roastery and training lab in Williamsburg. We will be serving a full menu of coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks. We will also be debuting our seasonal winter blend Wonderland! Wonderland is a warming blend of fresh coffees, including a Natural Processed heirloom variety from Ethiopia.

Luisa

Luisa is a pop up natural wine bar concept serving tinned fish and Iberian small plates from Spain & Portugal. The Raw Wine menu will include a Tinned Sardine Sandwich, Croquetas, Fluke Crudo and for something sweet....Pastéis de Nata !

Leland

Leland is a cozy neighborhood restaurant nestled in the heart of Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Our New York Mediterranean cuisine is sourced seasonally from local farmers and fishmongers, featuring in-house curing along with the preservation of local food and beverages. Everything is made from scratch; we butcher our own meats and fish from nose to tail and bake our own bread. Our food aims to highlight the quality of organic, local ingredients while providing dishes that make you feel at home. We will be selling our signature dishes, from ribollita and chicken jook porridge, to our Leland dog and farro salad.

Decades

Decades Pizza was established in February 2023, our intention is to serve quality pizza in a relaxed environment, with delicious cocktails and natural wine. Our pizza is a hybrid of inspiration from Neapolitan and classic New York slices with nostalgic and seasonal ingredients. Collaborative menu items from chef owners Zach Hughes and Paul Cacici represent a culmination of each other's culinary background. We will be offering our Neapolitan meets New York pizzas, with a 'big cheese', mushroom pie and vegan tomato pie, with the option to add vegan cheese or pepperoni.
