Variety coffee
Variety Coffee Roasters is a New York specialty coffee company, founded in 2008. Variety currently has cafés throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, as well as a roastery and training lab in Williamsburg. We will be serving a full menu of coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks. We will also be debuting our seasonal winter blend Wonderland! Wonderland is a warming blend of fresh coffees, including a Natural Processed heirloom variety from Ethiopia.

Luisa
Luisa is a pop up natural wine bar concept serving tinned fish and Iberian small plates from Spain & Portugal. The Raw Wine menu will include a Tinned Sardine Sandwich, Croquetas, Fluke Crudo and for something sweet....Pastéis de Nata !
