Bastard The first child of 東西 dong xi, BASTARD is a mod-Chinese eatery that hopes to bring a new wave of Chinese dining culture to Shanghai and guests alike together under one roof. It focuses on small bites taking inspiration from different regions of China, paired with a well-curated beverage list. It’s an evolving space to explore local produce and culture with modern techniques. Yaya's Pasta Born in a nightclub cloakroom in 2021, Yaya’s started as a late-night pop-up and became an underground sensation for its bold, boundary-pushing pastas infused with Chinese flavors. By 2022, we opened our first permanent space—a 40-seat neighborhood pasta bar next to the historic Jing An Temple. Here, fresh pasta is rolled daily in an open kitchen, negronis flow without pause, and the line between dinner and party often blurs, with local DJs often spinning into the night. A cult favorite, Yaya’s was crowned 2023 Restaurant of the Year by That’s Shanghai and is featured in the Louis Vuitton Shanghai Guide 2024. Yaya’s 于 2021年诞生于上海一家地下俱乐部的衣帽间,最初是一家深夜快闪餐厅,凭借大胆创新的中式风味意面迅速走红。2022年,我们在静安寺旁开设了首家门店--家40个座位的社区意面吧。在这里,每天手工制作新鲜意面,尼格罗尼不断续杯,餐桌与厨房之间没有界限。而夜晚往往在本地DJ的音乐中延续成一场即兴派对。Yaya’s已成为沪上餐饮界备受追捧的存在,荣获That’s Shanghai2023年度最佳餐厅大奖,并入选2024年《路易威登上海城市指南》。 |
