Poulette is the offspring of years of research and dedication to the culinary arts of fried chicken sandwiches. Poulette comes from the team behind the Nørrebro-based eateries, Pompette and Villette. 

Poulette's culinary offerings embrace bold and daring use of spices, as evidenced by their catchphrase "spicy by default." 

Their unique blend of numbing signature spice mix creates a harmonious balance of heat and flavor in each sandwich.

For vegetarian friends, Poulette has developed an equally spicy yet delicious Mapo Tofu Sandwich. 

The signature dishes present will be the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Mapo Tofu Sandwich.
