Darcy’s Kaffe was started over four years ago, making high quality coffee from a small espresso machine, transported in true Copenhagen-style, by bike. Since our humble beginnings, we have grown into a beautiful coffee shop in Nørrebro where we still make the best coffee we can, alongside the best pastries and café food in town. We will be making coffee (both hot and cold) at the event, alongside some nice pastries and buns. We will also bring our secret weapon for those who aren’t into coffee, the best chai in town - Hindude Chai. Look out for the espresso tonic too! |

Jakobsens Pita is a food truck with a philosophy that fast food can be healthy, high-quality, and preferably organic. At a reasonable price, no one should leave hungry. We serve delicious gourmet pitas and bowls with fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, and meat from North Jutlandic natural meat, grilled on a lava stone grill. For meat lovers, we offer beef tenderloin, lamb, and chicken, while vegetarians can enjoy grilled halloumi cheese and veggie balls for vegans. Each meal is prepared from scratch, while guests observe in the truck's lively atmosphere. Guests choose their own ingredients, and the food truck ensures that everyone leaves satisfied. We will serve our gourmet Pitas and Bowls with lamb, beef tenderloin, chicken, veggie balls (for the vegans) and/or halloumi cheese (for the vegetarians). Other than that, we will sell fries. |

Poulette is the offspring of years of research and dedication to the culinary arts of fried chicken sandwiches. Poulette comes from the team behind the Nørrebro-based eateries, Pompette and Villette. Poulette's culinary offerings embrace bold and daring use of spices, as evidenced by their catchphrase "spicy by default." Their unique blend of numbing signature spice mix creates a harmonious balance of heat and flavor in each sandwich. For vegetarian friends, Poulette has developed an equally spicy yet delicious Mapo Tofu Sandwich.
